Riders are evacuated from the Pirates of the Caribbean boat ride at Disneyland on Oct. The polite and apologetic employees who pushed the boats through the water thanked the stranded riders for not yelling at them. Pirates of the Caribbean riders - including Southern California News Group reporter Brian Rokos, who was visiting the park as a guest - snapped photos of Disneyland employees walking through waist-deep water pushing the stranded boats while wearing fisherman waders. Riders pass a shadowy bayou, pirates grotto, fog-shrouded fort, boisterous town square, burning city and dungeon prison aboard weathered barges.
